My Expertise

I bring over 20 years of leadership experience, including 15 years in various management roles within the HR services industry. My responsibilities have included planning and executing multiple branch openings and reorganizations both domestically and internationally. Following that, I managed my own company in the executive search sector. Since 2021, I have been serving as Managing Director at Wilhelm AG, and since October 1, 2022, I have been co-leading the Wilhelm Group alongside Stefan Wilhelm.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Wilhelm Group
• Supporting teams at various locations and managing branches in Zurich, Bern, and Nyon
• Filling mid-level and senior management positions
• Well-connected across different economic regions

My Passions

Passion is also a key theme in my extracurricular activities. I am actively involved as a lecturer and examination expert for HR professionals and the vocational exam for Technical Sales Managers. Additionally, I volunteer with benevol, an organization specializing in volunteer work.

To maintain my physical well-being, I enjoy improving my golf handicap, jogging regularly, exploring the underwater world through diving, or embracing the fresh winter air on cross-country skiing trails.
