My Expertise

I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience with profound expertise in the staffing industry, where I held various management roles over a period of 15 years. During this time, I led expansion projects through the opening of new offices and implemented extensive reorganizations both domestically and internationally. I later managed my own executive search company. Since October 2022, I have been working as Senior Consultant at the Wilhelm Group, which I co-lead together with Stefan Wilhelm.

My Passions

Passion also plays an important role in my extracurricular commitments, for example as lecturer and examination expert for HR professionals and commercial specialists, or in my volunteer work for Benevol, the competence center for volunteer work.

To maintain physical balance, I enjoy improving my golf handicap, jogging regularly, exploring the underwater world through diving, or enjoying fresh winter air while cross-country skiing.
