Before joining Wilhelm AG, I spent 20 years in financial services, including 12 years in private and occupational pension planning and 8 years in retail banking at a major Swiss bank. This period was marked by exciting management responsibilities, during which I led various organizational units and contributed to the company’s development through project involvement. I have been part of Wilhelm AG since 2007.

My Passions

The reason I transitioned to Wilhelm AG was my passion for working with people. Wherever people are at the center, I feel inspired to contribute. This interest extends to leadership and understanding how organizations function, which led me to pursue further education in these areas.

As a sociable person, I enjoy being part of associations and engaging with others. Outdoor sports provide a valuable balance to my professional life—running, both on and off skis, is one of my key passions. I also enjoy adding a competitive element from time to time. As a former member of the cantonal parliament, I remain politically active and engaged.
