My Expertise

Since 2017, I have been active in the staffing industry and have held various roles. Among other responsibilities, I was in charge of building the executive search business for an international company in German-speaking Switzerland. I also led a consulting team specializing in recruiting specialists and executives in commercial functions.

With a business administration background, I have gained insights into a wide range of industries and functions throughout my career. Understanding the needs and expectations of my clients and guiding candidates through a transparent and structured candidate journey are especially important to me. Since 2022, I have been working as Senior Consultant at Wilhelm AG.

My Passions

In addition to my work as a consultant, I support two institutions focused on reintegration into the labor market. To recharge, I spend time in ice hockey arenas pursuing my passion for the sport. I also enjoy squash and bouldering, while our monthly cooking club gatherings ensure that culinary enjoyment is never neglected.
