I have been working in the HR services industry since 2007, managing and successfully executing numerous projects as a Managing Director and Senior Consultant. Over the years, I have led and overseen various business units and regions for an international company. Since early 2022, I have been serving as Managing Director at Wilhelm AG. Through close partnerships with a diverse range of clients, I have successfully expanded the range of services in line with technological advancements.

My Passions

With enthusiasm and dedication, I contribute to the professional development of future HR specialists as an examiner and author of exams for HRSE (Human Resources Swiss Exams). I am also actively involved in volunteer work, serving as a board member of the local tennis club and participating in the parent council at my children's school.

As a passionate father, my family—my wife and our three children—shapes much of my free time. Together, we spend time outdoors and take on various sporting challenges. Our bike and mountain tours are becoming more adventurous, and our ski descents faster and more thrilling.
