I bring over 12 years of experience in recruitment, consulting, and research, where I first started when I joined Wilhelm AG in 2011. During this time, I developed a strong focus on search strategies and the conviction that using as many active search channels as possible delivers the greatest value to clients. Prior to that, I worked at leading social and market research institutes in Switzerland, gaining proven skills in project management. I also hold a degree in psychology (lic. phil.).

My Passions

In my free time, I enjoy a variety of activities, often alongside my wife — whether jogging in the woods, working on projects in the woodshop, or exploring cities with a focus on modern art. Since my initial studies in London, I have been deeply fascinated by music production, studio technology, and British culture.
