Through many years in executive and board-level leadership positions, I bring extensive experience across all aspects of value-oriented HR management. Since 2008, I have advised and supported industrial clients in recruiting executives and specialists. I am both an entrepreneurially minded sparring partner and a pragmatic, solution-oriented project leader. “Quality before quantity” is my professional credo. I have been a Partner at Wilhelm AG since 2019.

My Passions

My enthousiasm for nature and the outdoors has taken me around the world to explore impressive landscapes on foot, by bike, and on the water. The mountains of Switzerland have become my second home, where I spend my free time and recharge in every season.
