With many years of experience in leadership roles at executive and board levels, I bring a deep understanding of all aspects of value-oriented HR management. Since 2008, I have been advising and supporting industrial clients in recruiting executives and specialists. I am both a business-minded sparring partner and a pragmatic, solution-oriented project manager. "Quality over quantity" is my professional credo. I have been a partner at Wilhelm AG since 2019.

My Passions

My passion for nature and the outdoors takes me to breathtaking landscapes around the world, which I explore on foot, by bike, or on the water. In Switzerland, the mountains have become my second home, where I spend my free time year-round and recharge my energy.
