My Expertise

I bring around 30 years of leadership experience in both industry and public administration, including 25 years as Head of HR at three organizations in the machinery and plant engineering sector, the building materials industry, and a large municipal administration. I have been with Wilhelm AG since 2021.

My Passions

For over 25 years, I have been committed to training HR professionals and have served as a lecturer and subject leader at a major educational institution.

I find balance to my professional life through traveling and cooking. Grilling on my Big Green Egg with a fine glass of wine is a passion I deeply enjoy. Additionally, my natural garden provides a refreshing counterbalance to my work.
