My Expertise

With a Master of Business Administration (MBA), I bring more than 25 years of experience in recruiting specialists and executives. I represented Swiss interests in consulates abroad, managed branches of an international recruitment consultancy, and served as HR Director and Executive Board member of an energy company. In addition, I have expertise in leading my own executive search firm. I have been a Partner at Wilhelm AG since 2020.

• Succession planning, search and selection of specialists and executives, particularly at management level
• Active in the sectors of public administration, education, healthcare, energy, and NGO/NPO organizations

My Passions

While traveling, I enjoy discovering different countries, cultures, and languages. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, jogging, hiking, and fitness training.

I also maintain my professional network through memberships in the Chamber of Commerce of Both Basel (HKBB), Swiss Leaders, and the Durham University Business School Alumni Network.
