With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and over 20 years of experience in recruiting professionals and executives, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role. I have represented Swiss interests at consulates abroad, served as branch manager for an international recruitment firm, and held the position of HR Director and executive board member at an energy company. Additionally, I have gained expertise through running my own executive search firm. Since 2020, I have been a partner at Wilhelm AG.

My Passions

I am passionately committed to teaching HR management and leadership as a lecturer at a well-established Swiss business school.

When traveling, I enjoy exploring different countries, cultures, and languages. In my free time, I can often be found cycling, jogging, hiking, or at the gym. I also value maintaining my professional network through memberships with the Basel Chamber of Commerce (HKBB), the Swiss Management Association (SKO), and the Durham University Business School Alumni Network.
