My Expertise

I have founded and helped build several companies and look back on more than 15 years of leadership experience. Since 2010, I have worked as a consultant across various industries, focusing on organizational and leadership development, strategic topics, and project management in change processes such as succession planning. I have also held leadership positions in industry, healthcare, and fiduciary services. Since early 2024, I have been working as Senior Consultant at Wilhelm AG in Vaduz.

My Passions

My passions are sports and the mountains. I enjoy road cycling, hiking, and running in summer, as well as cross-country skiing in winter. Throughout the year, I also practice cold-water immersion inspired by Wim Hof. As a sociable person, I value spending time with friends over a traditional game of cards.

My board experience spans healthcare, construction & real estate, fiduciary services, and public enterprises. This has developed my interest in architecture, healthy living, and science, particularly genetics. My years in politics, including serving as a member of parliament, have also shaped my continued interest in political affairs.
