My Expertise

I have been working in talent acquisition since 2013. As the former managing director of an active-sourcing agency, I have experience in identifying and directly approaching specialists and executives. My practical experience is complemented by continuing education in areas such as industrial and organizational psychology, strategic talent acquisition, and management and soft skills. Today, I apply this expertise within the research team at Wilhelm AG on challenging executive search assignments.

My Passions

In my free time, I maintain the necessary balance to my professional life through strength training. I also spend a lot of time outdoors with my dog, who reliably keeps me active. I enjoy traveling, discovering new places and cultures, and love bringing culinary inspiration home from my travels. For me, cooking is about enjoyment, creativity, and socializing—especially when I can treat my family or friends to a meal.
