For 30 years, my professional focus has been on diverse operational leadership roles and strategic consulting mandates both domestically and internationally. My experience as a Senior Partner at a renowned management consultancy and several years working in an international executive search firm enable me to understand the needs of companies and identify the right candidates for demanding management and board positions.

My Passions

Through my extracurricular roles as a lay judge at the Commercial Court in Zurich, Chairman of the Board of a real estate company, and member of the Executive Committee of the Neumünster Diaconal Foundation—which operates the Zollikerberg Hospital and several nursing and retirement residences with 1,400 employees—I gain valuable insights into new sectors.

I enjoy spending my free time with my family, am a passionate golfer and skier, and, as a long-time guild master, I am an enthusiastic member of the "Zunft zum Kämbel" guild.
